Yes, we are very pet friendly, but we do restrict certain aggressive breeds. We do not allow Pit bulls (American Staffordshire, Bull Terriers), Dobermans, Rottweiler's, Chows, and German Sheppard's. Full- blooded or mixed at any percentage will not be permitted.
The maximum number of pets allowed is 2 pets per townhome
Yes, we have a $275 non-refundable pet fee and an additional monthly pet rent of $10 per pet
Yes, if verified with a company notification letter. The resident must be moving at lease fifty (50) miles outside of the area and must be transferred with a branch of the same company for which he or she is presently working. The 60-day notice does not commence until the Management office receives the company's verification of transfer letter.

You have three options on how to report a service request. You can either call a service request in to the office, stop by the office or e-mail it in through our website www.OldMillLiving.com
When is rent payment due? Rent is due on the first of every month. You have until the close of business on the fifth to avoid late fees. After the fifth of the month, your account will be assessed a $75 late fee.
You do not accrue late fees until the close of business on the 5th of the month
We do accept electronic payments however they must be in our office by the 5th of the month to avoid late fees.
There is a drop box on the wall to the right of the Welcome Center.
If they are going to be staying more than 7 days, we will need to complete a temporary occupant form with a $25 fee.

You can register to vote at Lynchburg DVA, located 8 minutes from Old Mill Townhomes. From 460 West: Take 460E towards Lynchburg. Take Candlers Mountain Road exit (Route 501N) to the left. Go to the first stoplight and take a right onto Mayflower Drive. Go to the first stoplight. DMV will be located on your right (corner of Mayflower and Odd Fellows).
